Thanks to David and all the Vloggers!<\/li>\n<li>Continue to support and promote the Vloggers!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The Macaulay Messenger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Macaulay Messenger is looking for section editors for next year, applications available on the <a href=\"http:\/\/eportfolios.macaulay.cuny.edu\/messenger\/\">Macaulay Messenger website<\/a>, due in early May.<\/li>\n<li>Movie Club\n<ul>\n<li>Very successful first meeting<\/li>\n<li>will be having another meeting before summer break<\/li>\n<li>Gastronomy Club\n<ul>\n<li>Very successful first meeting, went to eatery on<\/li>\n<li>Pursuit of Happiness\n<ul>\n<li>based primarily out of Baruch, looking for representation on other campuses<\/li>\n<li>Working with Covenant House \u2013 tutoring &amp; peer counseling on College Admissions Process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The next deadline for newspaper submissions is April 30<sup>th<\/sup>. This proposal was discussed at the College Council meeting on Friday, April 20. The Curriculum committee will take this feedback, as well as feedback from students, in consideration in revising the proposal. If you would like to be a part of this committee (SING! was a huge event last year, and a lot of fun!) email Kaitlyn, <a href=\"mailto:kt.ohagan@gmail.com\">kt.ohagan@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The Spring 2011 videos will be posted sometime this summer, and used for the freshmen orientation<\/li>\n<li>Check on status of donation to Broadway Cares from SING! \u201811<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VII. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Student Life Committee Updates &#8211; None<\/p>\n<p>VIII. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Community Service Committee Updates<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There continue to be efforts to standardize and increase the amount\/kind of community service Macaulay students do.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IX. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Campus Updates<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baruch<\/li>\n<li>Brooklyn\n<ul>\n<li>Registering for classes at the end of this week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>CCNY\n<ul>\n<li>Summer registration was last Monday, fall registration is this Monday<\/li>\n<li>Lots of admitted Macaulay students are interested in the housing scholarship provided by Macaulay this year at the Towers\n<ul>\n<li>That being said, there was a discrepancy in information being provided about this housing scholarship in which the CCNY Admissions Office and Honors Center were saying one thing and the Towers Administration saying another. I [Joe] relayed the information the Towers was providing to the Honors Center (namely, that students can either accept the free 2-bedroom suite or pay full price for a different suite type). Hopefully any confusion that there had been has been alleviated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>CSI\n<ul>\n<li>Looking for interim director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Hunter\n<ul>\n<li>Has not registered for classes.
