Every weekend they host live music and trivia nights. The music played is often traditional Irish music that includes the fiddle, tin whistle, and harp. They also host many community events, including 5K runs for charity and St. Patrick’s day celebrations. It was started in the early 2000s when the Irish immigrant population of Woodlawn was booming. The Rambling House is one of many Irish pubs in the neighborhood, which all serve the Irish and non-Irish alike. When you step inside the rustic pub, the wooden tables and bar give off a cosy and authentic vibe. The walls are adorned with historical images of Ireland and the neighborhood through the years. In the back, there is an outside common area where guests can eat and drink during the spring and summer.
