Upon receiving our topic for our STEAM presentation, we were unsure how we felt about bread. There was uncertainties at the possibilities and pathways we could explore with what seemed to be a pretty basic topic. It was only when we began our research that we realized we could not have been any more wrong. We each found topics that we felt passionately about and through our unique individual approaches came together to design an informative poster about all aspects of bread. Bread is more than a nutritional phenomenon, it is a historical, cultural, health, and economic staple. It is our hope that everyone who views our poster will see that bread is much more than the foundation of a sandwich, it is truly a slice of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
