Is this truly an effective method to maximize efficiency though? Our research aims to determine the relationship between sleep and memory, specifically in students, and understand whether this trend of losing sleep over studies is really worth it. Referencing a study by Tantawy et al., we determined that there are strong indicators of a relationship between memory and sleep, but further research is still needed to assess sleep’s impact on certain daily activities, such as driving or working.

View Project

Group Members: Tracie Mok, Yune Aein Students, college students in particular, skip a couple hours of sleep each night to keep up with academic expectations and responsibilities outside…

[1029,86,1060,68
627,771,822,842,1128,892
post-2970","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-1029","category-baruch","category-gaffney-jean","category-seminar-3-science-forward","tag-memory","tag-psychology","tag-science","tag-sleep","tag-student","tag-study
["GET
