Using the numbers from the database, state level averages,\u00a0 standard deviations, and regional trends were calculated. Doing so allowed us to uncover clear geographic patterns regarding insufficient sleep across the USA. The South showed the highest levels of insufficient sleep, with West Virginia at the maximum, while the West had the lowest, with Colorado as the minimum. The clustering within regions suggest that sleep<br \/>\ndeprivation is not an individual-level issue alone but a systemic issue concentrated in specific areas.
