Budgets and Purchase Requests

Use this form to request a purchase using your Macaulay-provided experiential learning budget. Allow at least five business days for processing.

Note that we are not allowed to pay for gifts (including gift cards), food, or other refreshments that are not part of a specific learning activity (e.g., a class pizza party is not allowed, but a neighborhood tour that includes food tastings is).

We cannot reimburse for purchases you make. Never make a payment with personal funds.
