Studying is important as college students, however, whatever someone may have studied the night before: may be all for naught if they do not let their brain rest. It is important to get a good night’s sleep and let your mind rest, as it can make processing the information gathered much easier to understand

    I really enjoyed the topic of your poster, it was interesting and well-articulated. I liked how the information was put into bullet points, it made it very easy to read and understand. I also liked how you included the topic of the SAT in your study. Although there was no correlation between the amount of sleep and SAT scores I felt like it was an interesting point to add.
