Students will register in groups for STEAM Festival. Groups should choose one representative to register the entire group. That representative needs to know:
- The first and last name of each group member
- The project title (a working title is ok)
- The preferred time slots
Slots are first-come first-served, and space in each is limited. Groups who have specific scheduling needs should register as soon as possible when registration opens on November 17. All sessions will be held in person at the Macaulay building, 35 W 67 Street.

Seminar 3 students will have a space to display a poster (either on a wall or on a poster board). We will provide thumbtacks and tape. Posters should be 36×48 inches (landscape and portrait are equally fine). Posters bring printed at Macaulay need to be uploaded in PDF format. Printing is available December 1-5 by appointment only.
Seminar 1 students will have tables where they may place project materials, both physical and digital. If students need to display digital materials, they need to bring their own device. Seminar 1 students are also welcome to print and display posters if that is their project format.
All groups should prepare a 1-2 minute “elevator pitch” about their project to facilitate conversation. Each group will have time to give this brief overview at the beginning of their session. There is no formal presentation other than the elevator pitch. The event is largely comprised of small group and individual conversations.
