Our project highlights some student groups in the United States and around the world who are doing everything they can to lower carbon emissions and end the fight against Climate Injustice.
Brooklyn College has been recognized as one of the many diverse campuses along with titles such as “Best Value College” from Princeton Review. With our vast assortment of students, student body, faculty, etc., we must consider our contribution and initiatives toward reducing carbon emissions.
Our focus for Campus As A Lab is to present concrete action plans that are sufficient and effective and will benefit both the campus and the interconnected student life.
Our project links climate change with fish populations using Macaulay Honors College BioBlitz data. We’re showcasing how rising temperatures and environmental shifts directly affect fish species, highlighting the significant impact of climate change on aquatic ecosystems.
