Hi guys, nice to meet you, my name is Gianna Perez. I was born in Pennsylvania and moved to New York city when I was very little. I grew up in Washington Heights, and both of my parents are Dominican. I speak both Spanish and english. My first language was Spanish, however I forgot it as a baby because, in school the primary language was english.Then I went to DR for a year and learned Spanish, which is the reason I know how to read and write in Spanish today.

I went to Frank Mc Court HS in the upper west side, around 86st. My major is marketing, because in junior year of high school I started my own business on tote bags, and I noticed myself enjoy making my website, and posting on social media about it and that experience initiated my spark for marketing and business altogether. However I’m still open to exploring, but marketing has caught my attention the most and is what I would like to pursue.

I love traveling, I’ve been to some cool places, like Mexico, Orlando, Italy, Dominican Republic, Paris, and Spain. I really want to go to Japan, because it’s so pretty and they have a lot of cool stuff, plus the food looks really good. I also want to learn the language, and I’ve been self teaching myself, little phrases as well as the three alphabets.

My hobbies include, baking, I’ve always loved baking and being in the kitchen as a kid. I love watching anime, I don’t really watch tv to be honest, but anime is the exception and some shows here and there, I also enjoy painting it feels very calming and soothing. I like to paint with different types of media such as, oil pastels, acrylic paint, alcohol markers and specially gauche. I like biking, I actually learned how to bike last spring and I’ve been biking ever since. I also like trying out new food spots, with my friends and spending quality time together. Lastly I really like doing my makeup, not always but when I do it makes me feel extra productive.

I really enjoy listening to music, some of my favorite artist include J Cole, Malcom Todd, Bad Bunny and many most artist, that I can’t seem to name right now.

I recently became an older sister, seventeen year gap, and I’m so excited about to spoil her. My dream is to own my own bakery with my significant other and travel the world. Thank you guys for reading my introduction!
