The Dominican Food Corp, a small “hole in the wall” on Forest Avenue in Staten Island, serves up delicious authentic Dominican cuisine. Buffet style, patrons have the option of three different types of rice, with multiple proteins from fish to chicken served on top. All that, topped with some of their spicy sauces and condiments.

The menu has all sorts of options including full chicken, beef stew, and more. The restaurant uses spices to add the rich spicy flavors, that too many taste just like home.

The process to order is simple – wait in the long line of excited customers, eager to have some delicious Dominican food, order your rice, protein, or separate meal (such as an empenada) and eat up!

To drink – a large variety of both American and Latin American sodas and juices!

These delicious recipes are keen to make you want to return again, and enjoy the immaculate Dominican flavors. We all hope to come back another time.
