Our project focused on the New Museum and its commitment to supporting artists, designers, and technologists through its program NEW INC. The museum has provided resources and space for its members and prioritized supporting underrepresented contemporary artists.
How did completing your project help you explore the role of arts in the lives of New Yorkers and their communities?
This project showed us the vital role museums can play for New Yorkers whether it is supporting/nourishing talent or teaching the community about the art world.
